1.When the machine is not working, the power supply of the marking machine and computer should be cut off.

2.When the machine is not working, cover the field lens to prevent dust from contaminating the optical lens.

3.When the machine is working, the circuit is in a high voltage state, non-professionals, do not overhaul at the start of the machine, so as to avoid electric shock accident.

4.Any malfunction of the machine should be cut off immediately.

5.If the equipment is used for a long time, the dust in the air will be adsorbed on the lower surface of the focusing mirror, which will reduce the power of the laser and affect the marking effect. Severe causes the optical lens to absorb heat too warm to burst.When the marking effect is poor, the focusing mirror surface should be carefully checked for contamination.

6.If the surface of the focusing lens is contaminated, remove the focusing lens and clean its lower surface.

7.Take special care to remove the focusing mirror and avoid damage or injury.At the same time, do not touch the focusing mirror with your hands or other objects.

8.The cleaning method is to mix anhydrous ethanol (analytical pure) and ethyl ether (analytically pure) in the ratio of 3:1, and then use a long fiber cotton swab or lens paper to penetrate into the mixture, and gently scrub the lower surface of the focusing lens. The cotton swab or lens paper must be replaced once for each rub.

9.In the process of marking machine work, do not move the marking machine, so as not to damage the machine.

10.The marking machine should not cover the heap or put other items, so as not to affect the heat dissipation effect of the machine.
